Introduction

Welcome to YChat, a platform designed to help people spend time together online through secure communication and shared digital experiences. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of YChat.

These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application “YChat: Virtual Hangout App” (referred to as “YChat”), operated by YACHII PTE. LTD., as listed on applicable app stores.

By accessing or using YChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use YChat.

If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use YChat for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Share content that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the platform

You are responsible for your conduct and the content you share while using YChat.

4. Safety & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate interaction with minors
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Any activity that endangers the safety of a minor

YChat enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward such conduct.

5. Shared Experiences & Communication

YChat allows users to communicate and participate in shared online experiences with others. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Content shared during interactions may be processed or temporarily stored for moderation, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance
• You are responsible for the content you share and its impact on others
• YChat may take action, including moderation or intervention, in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations

YChat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free interactions.

6. Reporting & Safety Mechanisms

Users can report unsafe content or behavior through:

• In-app reporting through ‘Help’ section in setting.
• Email: support@yachii.com

Reports are reviewed and acted upon as appropriate. Misuse of reporting systems may result in penalties.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

YChat processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent for optional features
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Upon termination, access to messages and shared content may be limited or removed
• Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or moderation purposes

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, trademarks, and features are owned by YACHII PTE. LTD. or its licensors
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform assets without permission
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant YChat a limited license to host, display, and moderate it solely for platform operation

10. Platform Compliance

YChat is designed to comply with applicable platform requirements and safety standards, including:

• User safety protections
• Content moderation practices
• Age-appropriate usage

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
• Continued use of YChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
